Processing Time: Orders take 7–10 business days to process and pack before they ship out. (Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST process the next business day).
Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to arrive at your door after dispatch.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Tracking: You will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Delays & Issues: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs fees. If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
